    We are excited to invite you to partner with us as a vendor at the 2025 International Holy Convocation & GROWTH Conference! As a vendor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to showcase your products and services to thousands of attendees, support the mission of PCAFI, and be a part of an inspiring, Christ-centered gathering.

    To provide your vendor information for the 2025 International Holy Convocation & GROWTH Conference, please ensure you include the first and last name of your primary contact person, the official name of your company or organization, and a current email address for all communications related to your application. It’s also important to specify your vendor type. A Canadian Vendor is defined as an organization that is officially registered as a business in Canada and does not require the importation of goods or products into Canada from another country. If your organization is not registered as a business in Canada or you will need to import goods or products into Canada, you should select Non-Canadian Vendor. Providing accurate information in these areas will help us process your application smoothly and ensure you receive the appropriate guidance for your participation in the conference. If you have any questions or are unsure about which vendor type applies to you, please reach out for clarification before submitting your information.

    Before starting your application, please watch the official vendor information video (If you didn't attend the information session live). This video outlines all requirements, expectations, and important details about participating as a vendor at the conference.


    Step 2: Review Your Import Estimate & Confirm Participation
    If you request an import estimate, our team will review your application and provide you with an estimate for importing your goods/products into Canada. Once you have received all necessary information, please make your final decision about participating as a vendor.


    Step 3: Secure Your Vendor Space with Payment
    Vendor spaces are limited and will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Once your application is approved and you are ready to proceed, follow the payment instructions provided to secure your space. Please note: All payments are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges, in keeping with our policy of biblical stewardship and financial accountability.

    To receive an estimate for importing your goods and products into Canada, please download and complete the attached Customs & Transportation Services Order Form as well as the Commercial Invoice Packing List.

    If you plan to drive your own vehicle across the border with your goods, you will also need to fill out the attached Private Vehicle Form in addition to the other required documents.

  • Vendor Space Reigistration

  • Vendor space registration provides you with a designated area at the 2025 International Holy Convocation & GROWTH Conference to showcase your products or services. Each vendor space includes one table with a table skirt, offering a professional and welcoming setup for engaging with conference attendees. This registration covers only the physical space and basic setup (table and skirt with two chairs); any additional equipment, furnishings, or display materials must be provided by the vendor. Electricity, internet access, and other services may be available upon request for an additional fee. This is the perfect option for vendors seeking a straightforward, ready-to-use display area within the conference venue.
